Effective July 18, 2026. This policy explains what is collected when you call or submit a service request and how that information is routed.
Information you provide
The service form may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, requested service, timing, and the details you choose to include. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to the site operator so the request can be reviewed and routed.
Calls may create a record of the calling number, date, time, duration, and any voicemail you leave. A recording disclosure plays before a voicemail is recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, do not leave a message.
How information is used and shared
Contact details are used to respond to your request and may be shared with one independent septic contractor serving the requested area. That contractor's own privacy practices apply after it receives the information. We do not sell personal information or run a marketplace where multiple contractors bid on the same request.
Hosting, forms, fonts, and maps
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server and security logs.
- Twilio provides the published phone number and voicemail routing.
- FormSubmit processes online service requests.
- Google Fonts supplies the displayed web fonts, and Google Maps supplies the lazy-loaded service-area map. Loading those resources sends normal request information, including IP address, to Google.
The site does not currently run an advertising pixel or analytics package of its own.
Retention and deletion
Request and call records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, security, or legal obligations. To ask what information is held or request deletion, call (239) 360-5277 from the number used for the request. Information already delivered to an independent contractor must also be addressed with that contractor.
Children and changes
This site is intended for property owners and managers and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
